Our beautiful office suites range from 100 sq. ft – 253 sq ft rental rates vary depending on size of office space desired. Office options include large window office space or an interior office space. Each office has its own entry key and own uniqueness, detailed with crown molding, privacy window treatments, & dimming recessed lights for that perfect ambiance.

Need office furniture for your office or you just do not want to haul your own?  We offer office furniture rental for your space at a low cost to you each month or at a yearly price. Office furniture is limited, so be sure to reserve yours immediately.  Need access to cable television or would like to have cable television to watch or listen to while you work? We offer a very competitive television package for just $15 a month.  A complete line of channels is attached to this brochure.

In addition to the options above, Bonita Executive Center provides an on-duty receptionist Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the front desk to greet and guide all guests/clients/and patients, offers coffee or water while they wait, and to manage any tenants needs and deliver mail daily. BEC has a beautiful lobby with accent walls, flat screen TV w/ cable, and a relaxing seating area for guests while they wait. Coffee is prepared daily for all tenants.

Access available to our large conference room complete with a 42” flat screen TV, computer to TV capabilities, wi-fi or hard line access with top of the line fiber optic internet with 50/50 speeds, VIOP phone for all your conference calls, and a whiteboard for meetings and presentations.

Each tenant is provided with dedicated phone numbers with their own extension, no FPL, water or  Utility setup – inclusive with space. We have a newly installed key fob access
 system allows 24/7 access to all our tenants which is programmed through desktop software.

New to BEC, we are now a pet friendly office.  A small deposit is required and all vaccinations and insurance documents are required at the time of signing.  Weight limit for pets is 20lbs and under.
