We offer a very competitive television package for just $15 a month. In addition to the options above, Bonita Executive Center provides an on-duty receptionist Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the front desk to greet and guide all guests/clients/and patients, offers coffee or water while they wait, and to manage any tenants needs and deliver mail daily. BEC has a beautiful lobby with accent walls, flat screen TV w/ cable, and a relaxing seating area for guests while they wait. Coffee is prepared daily for all tenants. Access available to our large conference room complete with a 42” flat screen TV, computer to TV capabilities, wi-fi or hard line access with top of the line fiber optic internet with 50/50 speeds, VIOP phone for all your conference calls, and a whiteboard for meetings and presentations. Each tenant is provided with dedicated phone numbers with their own extension, no FPL, water or Utility setup – inclusive with space. We have a newly installed key fob access system allows 24/7 access to all our tenants which is programmed through desktop software.
